Explanation of Hypnotic and Magnetic Power in Humans
Hypnotic Power or Pran Shakti is simply described as a magnetic power that dwells in every living things in the planet. In a man, special kind of energy and magnetic power are obtainable. For Instance, pull a hair off your head and secure it in a location so that wind does not sway or effect it. Now advance one of the fingers of right hand to the direction of the hair. You will see as you bring your finger closer, the hair will move to wards being drawn to your finger, much in the same manner as an iron filling does to the magnet.
Let us take a commonplace situation. When you come across a healthy person, put your finger rather earnestly on his forehead or very close to his head. Let your finger go around his head. If you ask him in a couple of minutes, he will admit to having a sort of pain in his head. Pranayama is a breath control as prescribed in the yoga system. In broad outline the process of controlling breath by inhaling through only one nostril and then stopping the breath by controlling both nostrils and finally exhaling the breath from the other nostril.
