This is a simple yet effective technique that will improve all areas of  your life. This Pranayama technique is an advanced technique for the Pranayama meditation technique. Prana is essential for any human being to succeed in all the areas of life.Whether you are a CEO, Software Engineer, Salesman, Student or housewife, the continues flow of Prana is essential for everyone to achieve anything in life. Pranayama is the effective technique to make Prana flow without any blocks in our body. Chinese called it 'Chi', Indians called it 'Prana' and in western it is called as 'Life Energy'.

Practicing this technique, you will be able to inject sufficient Prana to the body, and therefore you will be able to get succeed in any project or any areas of your life. Within the first week of practicing this technique, you will notice a positive change in all the areas of your life. For your astonishment, you have changed the destiny of your life!

Simple Pranayama technique to make sufficient Prana flow in your body
 

Lie on your back and stretch your legs and hands free and reduce your mind to total freedom from thoughts. Seal your lips. 

Inhale deeply through both the nostrils. Now round your tongue and give out the air breathed in slowly. When you do so you will hear a whistling sound being made. 

It must be ensured that one must inhale through one nostril only. At that time the mouth should be blocked and the entire breath should be given out through the mouth. 

In the beginning one must practice this exercise for around 2-3 minutes. Steadily one must prolong the practice. Now one must inhale deeply to fill his lungs, allow the air to remain in the lungs for 3 to 4 minutes and then gradually release it out. 

One must take note of the fact that the foundation of the Pranayama is one's capacity to retain the breath inside. Gradually, over a long and sustained practice, the practitioner should increase the duration of retention. In no case should he be impatient, for any hurry on that score is fraught with grave Danger!

Mindfulness Exercises, Pranayama meditation technique

For a perfect living better mindfulness is essential for a human being to live a happy life. You may have all the money in the world, but if have no health to enjoy the pleasures from money, what is the use? Pranayama is the ancient technique to achieve better mindfulness, irrespective of age, gender and race. Even today, Pranayama is widely used by many part of the world to get relief from stress, anxiety and tension.

Here I will explain an effective technique to achieve great mindfulness over mind and also body. This technique is derived from the ancient texts of Indian scriptures called "Patanjali Yogasutra". The technique is quite popular, you may seem it incredibly easy! But yet, this is the most effective method of all to achieve calmness and inner peace.

Technique to achieve Better Mindfulness through Pranayama

  




Lie on your back on a plain surface. Stretch your legs straight and keep your hands parallel to your body. Close your eyes. Keep lying and do not move any part of the body.

Ensure that no part of your body gets activated. See that no thought whatsoever disturbs your mind. Allow the body loose so that each limb relaxes to the fullest extent. 

Gradually ensure that all your limbs, from head to foot, feel totally relaxed. First you make your head idea-free. Then the eyes, the neck, the hands and the toes and other fingers and even the mind be made manually relaxed and idea free. Harbour no ideas, no thoughts, no feeling in your brain.

In the beginning you will find very difficult to free your brain from ideas. However, practice regularly. After some time you will be able to gain full control over your brain. 

Nonetheless you will find that brain is yet being assailed by some stray thought. It forces itself slowely. Initially you will be thought free only for a minute. However as you continue to practice and obtain this state for fifteen minutes. Slowly and steadily you bring the duration down to, say a minute. 

When the mind has been made totally free from all ideas and your body being actionless is reduced to real passivity, this state is called Shava Sadhana resembles death in life! At the same time a special kind of energy passes all over your body.    

Instructions: Practice the above technique before or after sleep for better results. Practicing the above technique just before sleep will eradicate all the sleep disorders within a week! You will feel immensly refreshing when you wake up, practicing this Pranayama meditation technique in the morning will make you feel comfortable throughout the day. Your day will be undoubtedly yours due to the large supply of Prana or Life energy.

Alpha state meditation to get relief from Stress and Dipression

Alpha state meditation exercise for a healthy mind.


Alpha state Meditation is an effective way to get relief from mental illness like stress, anxiety, tension and depression. 15 minutes of Alpha state is equivalent to 5 hours of sleep. So if you get no time for sleep, this exercise can do wonders for your healthy and stressful mind. 

Practice Alpha state meditation for around 15 to 30 minutes when you first start, especially if you have never meditated before. You can do this exercise at any time of day. 

1. First choose somewhere comfortable to sit. It is better to sit with your arms and legs relaxed rather than lie down, so that you only go into the alpha state rather than fall asleep!

2. Make sure your clothing is loose and comfortable and your arms resting on your lap or on the arms of the chair. Make sure your legs feel well supported in the ground. Keep your legs uncrossed. 

3. Close your eyes.

4. Take few deep, long breaths in and out so that you begin to slow down your breathing. Let your breath go deeper. Feel the relaxation begin to flow with your breath through your body.

5. First notice how heavy your head feels, then your neck, and notice how light your head and neck now feel. 

6. Become aware of your arms and shoulders, feel them becoming heavy and relaxed. Release the tension and feel them become light. 

7. Become aware of your torso and your stomach. Feel the tension release. 

8. Become aware of your legs and feet. Notice the tension in them. Feel them become heavy, and then as you release the tension into the air around you, they become light. 

9. Now your whole body is light and relaxed. 

You can practice this technique for all the internal and external parts of the body. I rely on this technique if I have a rather busy and stressful day. Even after doing this technique for 10 minutes I feel refreshed and energetic for many hours. 

This meditation is especially recommended for those people who are doing physical oriented jobs.

Alpha brain wave meditation, how to do it?

Why doing Alpha brain wave mediation? 


Alpha brain wave meditation or simply getting into Alpha state involves getting the mind into a relaxed state where the practitioner achieves immense relaxation in both mind and body. We live in a world of competition and rivalries. We always try to get an identity over others, we fear of losing business and sales for the reason being rejected and losing identity in the crowd.

By the path of getting an Identity or simply surviving we find yourself indulged in different professions, which sometimes we hate it or love it. Stress is a major disease that we find in almost everyone. Some guys know how to deal with it and some don't.

Stress

The dictionary meaning of stress is stated as  "A state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or demanding circumstances." 

Stress could be also simply stated as a mental tension exerted on a material object. 

Alpha brain wave mediation is the best exercise to avoid mental stress and Depression. Or simply for a healthy and powerful mind.

Let us forget the topic about stress and lets discuss about the states of our wonderful thing in this universe called MIND!

If you observe the states of your own mind, you usually come to know that your mind will always dwell in three stages.

1. The stage of mind when you are Awake.

2. The stage of mind when you are relaxed or just when you are asleep.

3. The stage of mind when you are asleep.

You can also categories two different stages in the sleep. One would the stage of Dreaming, and another one is an empty state where you forget yourself and the world.


States of Mind 


There are three stages of Mind as stated above, or in other words the brain waves alter in three different stages.

1. Beta state: In everyday life, our brains generally function at a level of activity known as the beta level. At this level, the brain  has a rhythm of electrical activity of between 13 and 60 cycles per second. The beta level allows us to be conscious and take in the information we need during the day.

2. Alpha state : The alpha state is a light trance state where the electrical activity of the brain is less between 7 and 13 cycles per second. We naturally go into the alpha state when we are relaxed or day dream. It can also be induced through meditation and Hypnosis.
This is the best level for psychically tuning into the auras or the spirit.

3. Theta: The level below the alpha state,  here brain activity reduces to 4 to 7 cycles per second. The theta state is the level of a deep trance state. This state is usually seen in a person Hypnotized or during Anesthesia. As you become skilled at reaching alpha state, you may dip down into the on occasions. I have seen many Yogis went into this state, where their body remains absolutely motionless and a glow in their face!

A simple exercise to get into Alpha state to avoid stress, depression and tension. 


1. Sit in a comfortable chair or any position that you prefer. Make sure your spin is straight and free.

2. Take few deep breath, and repeat these words in your mind with a great faith. " I am going to be relaxed in a great way! My mind needs relaxation and I am giving it!"

3. Think of your loved ones, and think they will be loved by you forever!

4. Now relax your body and mind, loosen all your nerves.

5. Now order your mind to think nothing!

6. Now count from 100 to 1 slowly. While counting, just OBSERVE your mind.

7. When you reach 1, to your astonishment you will feel that you are perfectly relaxed and having a  unexplained happiness in yourself. Stay in this state as long as you like and count from 1 to 10 to get back to the normal state.

8. Now you are back to your original state with a healthy mind and relaxed body.

15 minutes of Alpha state is equivalent to 5 hours of sleep! So when you have no time for sleep, 15-30 minutes of Alpha brain wave mediation maintains your biological healthiness.
